This charming and cosy studio flat consists of one bedroom/living space, one bathroom and a separate kitchen with a petite balcony. The apartment is overlooking a quiet tree-lined street and it’s furnished in vintage- 70s style with original tiles and Murano lamps. It’s located near the heart of the city, between the Basilica of San Giovanni and the Villa Fiorelli park. Its proximity to two METRO lines (A,C) and BUS- 85 makes it ideal to reach all the main tourist attractions of the “eternal” city within minutes! The accommodation is located in a private condominium on the second floor with an elevator. In the room, besides a large double bed, you will also find a small relaxation space with two very comfortable vintage armchairs and a folding coffee table, on which you can also work peacefully. In the well-equipped kitchen you can comfortably prepare meals. There’s a table for two (or even three!) where you can enjoy dinner, served on the original 1970s plates and glasses. The balcony is a perfect little space to unwind and have a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing 😉

I have been living in rome for over 25 years and i love it

The districk San Giovanni-Re di Roma is a central neighborhood, well connected to the historic, residential and commercial center – (Via Appia Nuova with many shops) A neighborhood where there is no shortage of services, supermarkets of big names, but also small family-run food shops (including a “GLUTEN FREE”!) and fruit and vegetable markets. It has a wide choice of restaurants with typical Roman cuisine, but also international ones, trattorias and of course .. pizzerias.
