The apartment is located in Porto Rafti – Avlakiou, on the first floor, 50 meters from the nearest beach and 800 meters from Avlaki beach (the best beach in Attica). In our 50 sqm flat, you will find the bedroom with a comfortable 160/200 bed, a second bedroom with a double bunk bed 80/200, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. From both the living room and the bedroom you can go out onto the terrace.
The flat is fully equipped with kitchen accessories, including a coffee maker, bed linen, towels, washing machine and toiletries. There is air conditioning in each room, and high-speed internet is at your disposal.
You can get to the apartment by KTEL (bus stop next to the house) or by taxi (cost from the airport about 40 Euro). We also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport for 60 Euro round trip for up to 3 people.
There is a paid mini-bar stocked with local wine, beer, coffee, tea, and snacks for your convenience.convenience
1. Respect our flat as your own.
2. Do not smoke in the flat or on the terrace (the designated smoking area is outside the front door).
3. Do not use white bath towels on the beach.
4. Respect the Greek quiet hours (from 11 pm to 7 am and from 3.30 to 5.30 pm.)
5. Do not have loud parties.
6 Close the windows when leaving the flat.
7 Always have your key with you when you leave. If you lock it, you will have to pay additional costs (20 EUR).
8 Take your rubbish out regularly (there is a public rubbish bin on the main street, 100 metres from the flat towards the centre).
9. Cleaning accessories are on the balcony.
10. Hot water switch behind the big mirror (turn it on 15 minutes before you want to take a bath and turn it off afterwards).
11. If you use the mini bar, fill in the bill and leave the payment in cash.
