The apartment is located in Porto Rafti – Avlakiou, on the second floor, 50 meters from the nearest beach and 800 meters from Avlaki beach (the best beach in Attica). We have a balcony with a side view of the sea! In our 33m2 apartment you will find a bedroom with a comfortable 160/200 bed, a kitchenette and a premium bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and shower.
The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen equipment, including a coffee machine, bedding, towels and cosmetics. The room has air conditioning, and high-speed internet is at your disposal.
The apartment can be reached by KTEL (bus stop next to the house) or by taxi (cost from the airport approx. 40 Euro). We also offer a transfer from and to the airport for 60 Euro return for up to 3 people.
For your convenience, there is a paid mini-bar stocked with local wine, beer, coffee, tea and snacks.
1. Respect our flat as your own.
2. Do not smoke in the flat or on the terrace (the designated smoking area is outside the front door).
3. Do not use white bath towels on the beach.
4. Respect the Greek quiet hours (from 11 pm to 7 am and from 3.30 to 5.30 pm.)
5. Do not have loud parties.
6 Close the windows when leaving the flat.
7 Always have your key with you when you leave. If you lock it, you will have to pay additional costs (20 EUR).
8 Take your rubbish out regularly (there is a public rubbish bin on the main street, 100 metres from the flat towards the centre).
9. Cleaning accessories are on the balcony.
10. Hot water switch behind the big mirror (turn it on 15 minutes before you want to take a bath and turn it off afterwards).
11. If you use the mini bar, fill in the bill and leave the payment in cash.
