The apartment is located in Porto Rafti – Avlakiou, on the third floor, 50 meters from the nearest beach and 800 meters from Avlaki beach (the best beach in Attica). We have two terraces with an amazing sea view! In our apartment with an area of 50 m2 you will find a bedroom with a comfortable bed 160/200, another bedroom with a double bunk bed 80/200, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. You can access the terrace from both the living room and bedroom.
The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen equipment, including a coffee machine, bedding, towels, a washing machine and cosmetics. Each room has air conditioning and high-speed Internet access.
You can reach the apartment by KTEL (bus stop next to the house) or by taxi (cost from the airport approx. 40 Euro). We also offer airport transfers for 60 Euro each way for up to 3 people.
For your convenience, there is a paid mini-bar stocked with local wine, beer, coffee, tea and snacks.
1. Respect our flat as your own.
2. Do not smoke in the flat or on the terrace (the designated smoking area is outside the front door).
3. Do not use white bath towels on the beach.
4. Respect the Greek quiet hours (from 11 pm to 7 am and from 3.30 to 5.30 pm.)
5. Do not have loud parties.
6 Close the windows when leaving the flat.
7 Always have your key with you when you leave. If you lock it, you will have to pay additional costs (20 EUR).
8 Take your rubbish out regularly (there is a public rubbish bin on the main street, 100 metres from the flat towards the centre).
9. Cleaning accessories are on the balcony.
10. Hot water switch behind the big mirror (turn it on 15 minutes before you want to take a bath and turn it off afterwards).
11. If you use the mini bar, fill in the bill and leave the payment in cash.
